• 40 Days for Life Prayer Vigil, 24-hours per day from September 24-November 2, 2008 sponsored by the Archdiocese of Chicago, at Family Planning Associates, 5086 N. Elston Avenue, Chicago, IL. (Around the corner from The Women's Center's Cicero Avenue Office) The Women's Center is sponsoring three days and we ask you to join us by committing to an hour or more on one of the following days:
Monday, September 29, Feast of St. Michael the Archangel
Thursday, October 2, Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels
Tuesday, October 28, Feast of St. Jude
• 40 Days of Perpetual Adoration, St. Jude Chapel at The Women's Center, 5116 N. Cicero Avenue, Chicago, IL. 24-hours per day from September 24-November 2, 2008. The St. Jude Chapel will be open for Eucharistic Adoration 24 hours a day during this period. Mass is offered at 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday and at 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening. We are in special need of adorers between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Pro-life Christmas Cards, beautiful, traditional designs with scripture quote and pro-life sentiment are available now through Christmas.
• Kenilworth Fall Gala, an evening of dining and dancing. Saturday, November 15th, 2008, Kenilworth Club, Kenilworth, IL. 6:00 p.m. Cocktails, 7:00 p.m. Dinner, 6:00-9:30 p.m. Silent Auction.
• Client Christmas Parties, Northside Party, Saturday, December 22 and Southside Party, Monday, December 20.
• Annual Life Banquet and Silent Auction, Sunday, February 8, 2009, White Eagle Banquets & Restaurant, Niles, IL. 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Join us as we celebrate 24 years. Enjoy delicious food including traditional Polish dishes. Keynote speaker Rebecca Kiessling, a Family Law attorney, adoptee, home schooler, biological mother of one and adoptive mother of 5. A dynamic and moving speaker, Rebecca will share her own life story, "Product of Rape."

Chicago Northwest City Walk
9:30am - "Kick-off" Mass at Our Lady of Victory
5212 W. Agatite Ave., Chicago, IL
10:30am to 12noon - Registration
- 4.3 mile route along major city streets. Walk it all or just a portion.
- Stop at St. Cornelius for refreshments.
- Continue to The Women's Center for a tour of our new Ultrasound Facility.
- Stop for a prayer outside Family Planning Assoc. (Albany Abortion Clinic) just around the corner from the Center.
- Continue to Our Lady of Victory to complete the Walk.
Free T-Shirt with minimum pledge of $35 for adults and $10 for children.
